After trying this recipe u will never want to eat frozen burger again in you life.This is so easy recipe to make in home in very low budget.You will really enjoy this vegetarian delight.


  • Salt to taste
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 2
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Crushed Red Chilli to taste
  • Cheese Slice 4 slices
  • Lettuce (Salad leaves) as required
  • Pomegranate Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Buns 4
  • Chaat Masala to taste


Step 1

Mash the potatoes along with the cornflour, salt, black pepper, green chillies, coriander, pomegranate seeds, chat masala and crushed red chillies.

Step 2

Mash well until combined.

Step 3

Shape into burger patties.

Step 4

Coat with flour then dip in beaten egg and fry till golden.

Toast the buns place the burger patties on the buns along with the cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
