Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
- Tomato 2
- Black Pepper to taste
- Crushed Red Chilli to taste
- Cheese Slice 4 slices
- Lettuce (Salad leaves) as required
- Pomegranate Seeds 1 tbsp
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Buns 4
- Chaat Masala to taste
Method
Step 1
Mash the potatoes along with the cornflour, salt, black pepper, green chillies, coriander, pomegranate seeds, chat masala and crushed red chillies.
Step 2
Mash well until combined.
Step 3
Shape into burger patties.
Step 4
Coat with flour then dip in beaten egg and fry till golden.
Step 5
Toast the buns place the burger patties on the buns along with the cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
Step 6
Enjoy.
