Easy to make Vegetable Rolls. These delicious rolls are a perfect choice for snacks. Also having the nutrient value of vegetables these rolls are a better snacking-choice.
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
- Carrot 2 pcs
- Green Onion 4 pcs
- Black Pepper 1-1/2 tsp
- Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) 2 pcs
- Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
- Eggs 2 whites
- Cabbage 1 cup
- Cooking Oil 2 tbs
- Roll Patti 24
- Noodles 1 cup (boiled)
In a pan add oil and leave on high flame.
In the above pan add carrots, capsicum and cabbage.
Mix them all well.
Add your seasoning to the vegetables and mix.
Add noodles and mix.
Add green onions and mix again.
Add cornflour, this will thicken any juices.
Cool down the vegetable mixture.
Place the mixture in one corner of the sheets, fold and roll up.
Glue togetehr with egg whites.
