Vegetable Chow Mein

Chow down on a dish of vegetable chow mein. Enjoy these noodles with crunchy stir fried vegetables of your choice.


Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar 1/4 cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
  • Carrot 2
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Coriander (Hara dhania) 1/4 bunch
  • Crushed Red Chilli 2 tbsp
  • Lemon peel 2 tbsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) 2
  • Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Cooking Oil as required
  • Mushrooms 1 cup
  • Noodles boiled 1 pack

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger garlic paste and onion.

Step 2

Add all the finely chopped vegetables and stir fry.

Step 3

Then add the boiled noodles.

Step 4

Add vinegar, soya sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, red chili, sugar, salt and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Vegetable chow mein is ready.
