Tikka Boti Recipe is a contribution of “Rukhsana Jamil” for Food Recipe Contest on Den of Delights.
- Salt according to taste
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Yogurt 2 tbs
- Beef ½ kg ( cubes )
- Papaya Paste 2 tbs
- Green Chilies Chopped 1 tbs
Mix together all the spices, yogurt and papaya and coat the beef cubes with it.
Leave to marinate for 5-6 hours preferably overnight.
Grill or barbeque over charcoal.
Serve now .
