Suji Ki Kheer is a great sweet dessert. enjoy it after meal with tea or coffee.
- Sugar 10 tbsp
- Zarda Colour as required
- Milk 1 liter
- Pistachios (chopped) as required
- Semolina 6 tbsp
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
- Water luke warm
- Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
- Coconut Dried thin slice
- Ghee 3 tbsp
Heat ghee add cardamom powder and samolina fry till golden brown.
Put milk whilst stirring continuously.
Cook a few minutes then add sugar.
When semolina become thicken add coconut slices, saffron and a pinch of zarda color.
Cook more 30-40 minutes.
Garnish with chopped pistachio and serve.
