The great mixture of mix vegetables and stir fried beef. You will love its great taste.


  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar white 2-3 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp (dissolve in water)
  • Tomato 2 (discard seeds,cut into strips)
  • Onion 1 (cut into thick slices)
  • Black Pepper 1tsp crushed
  • Garlic 5-6 cloves (roughly chopped)
  • Green Chillies 4-5 crushed
  • Ginger 2 inch (roughly chopped)
  • Beef Undercut 500 gm
  • Spring Onion 2 (chopped)
  • Cooking Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Oyster Sauce 3-4 tbsp
  • Runner Beans 50 gm (Cut into 3 inches pieces)
  • Stock 1 cup


Step 1

Cut beef into thin strips about 3 inches in lentgh.

Step 2

Heat a well-seasoned wok or large, non-stick frying pan over a high heat.

Step 3

Add 1 tbsp of the oil and fry garlic cloves, ginger.

Step 4

Then put meat in to the pan,stir-fry and cook for 3 minutes until the meat turn into light browned.

Step 5

Add black pepper, oyster sauce, green chilli, white vinegar mix well.

Step 6

After 1 minute add runner beans, onions and tomatoes; tossing frequently.

Step 7

Then add stock, stir fry.

Step 8

Add and slowly mix cornflour.

Step 9

The gravy will stick the vegetables and beef.

Step 10

Add sping onions and the after 20 seconds.

Step 11

Remove from heat and place into large serving platter.

Serve immediately

Note: You can use chicken or fish or prawn instead beef.

Note: For extra spice use extra green chillies.

Step 15

Note: The vegetables should be slightly softened but still retain their crispness and sweetness.
