Spicy Meat Loaf is a special dish of America. Spicy meat loaf can be sliced and add into salad for light lunch or as main meal.
Ingredients
- Salt 2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Potatoes (medium size) 2-3
- Onion (finely chopped) 1
- Green Chillies (finely chopped) 4-5
- Eggs 1
- Mince 500 gm
- Fresh Coriander (finely chopped) 2-3 tbsp
- Butter 3-4 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Grate potatoes and immediately add into hot water and take out immediately.
Step 2
Take a bowl with keema, add onion, coriander, chillies, ginger garlic paste, salt, butter, egg and potatoes.
Step 3
Mix ingredients together very well.
Step 4
Oil a meat loaf tin and pour the meat mixture into the tin.
Step 5
Preheat oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 C.
Step 6
Bake for a total of 30-40 minutes.
Step 7
Once the mixture leaves the side of the tin, this will indicate that the meat loaf is cooked.
Step 8
There will be excess water in the meat loaf that can be simply drained.
Step 9
Serve warm with green beans and potato mash as a lunch or serve cold slices tossed in a salad.
