Sandesh – A simple and easy sweet recipe that is made only from milk, sugar and seasoning. Garnish it with your choice of nuts and serve chilled.
- Milk 5 kg
- Almond 1 tbsp
- Pistachios 1 tbsp
- Green Cardamom 1 tbsp
- Icing Sugar 1/2 kg
- Tatric Acid 1 tsp
Boil the milk and turn off the flame.
Combine cardamom and tatric acid and add to milk.
When milk splits, leave it for 5 minutes.
Add 1/2 kg water into it and sieve in a cotton cloth.
Cool the cheese and add sugar and green cardamom.
Grease a tray and spread over it or form balls.
Leave to cool, then garnish with nuts and serve.
