Ingredients
- Mince 250 gm
- Green Onion 1 cup
- Green Chili 1-2
- Onion 1-2
- Boiled Potatoes 2-3 tbs
- Oil 2 tbs
- Ginger-Garlic Paste ½ tsp
- Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp
- Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Samosa Pati 10-12
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan, add mince and let it be properly heated until it gets brown.
Step 2
Now add Ginger-Garlic paste, Salt, Garam Masala Powder into it and cook properly.
Step 3
Also add crushed Black Pepper, finely crushed Green Chili, Onion, Green Onion and boiled Potatoes and mix it properly.
Step 4
Fill the mince in Samosa Pati and seal it with flour paste.
Step 5
Now fry it in heated oil and serve hot.
