Raw Mango Squash – Raw mango squash is a delicious cool summer drink. It served chilled beats the heat of summer in seconds making you fresh and energetic.

Ingredients

  • Sugar 250 gm
  • Water 1 liter
  • Raw Mango 1/2 kg
  • Citric Acid Tatri 1/2 tsp

Method

Step 1

Peel off hard green skin of raw mangoes. Slit them half and take out seed.

Step 2

Cut raw mangoes into small pieces and cook them in 1 liter water unless soft and mixed.

Step 3

Let the cooked raw mangoes cool down for 1 hour.

Step 4

Blend this mixture in a blender and stain using a fine cloth.

Step 5

Now pulp is squash pulp is ready.

Step 6

Boil this raw mangoes pulp again and add 1/2 tsp citric acid and sugar gradually on slow flame.

Step 7

When sugar is thoroughly dissolved, turn off flame and let it cool again on room temperature.

Step 8

Add ½ glass chilled water into 5 tbsp squash. Add some ice and serve cold.
