Potato wedge is one of the simplest recipes. Use it as a appetizer or with burger. Enjoy it with ketchup or green chutni.

Ingredients

  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Mustard Paste 1/2 tsp
  • Potatoes 2
  • Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Cooking Oil 2 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Step 2

Wash the potatoes well to remove any dirt or grime and leave the skins.

Step 3

Slice the potatoes into even shaped wedges.

Step 4

Sprinkle salt, pepper, oil and rub mustard onto wedges.

Step 5

Place onto foil lined pan trying not to overlap.

Step 6

Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown and serve hot.
