Potato Balls is a contribution of Ameera Arshad for Food Recipe Contest on Den of Delights.
- Salt to taste
- Mustard Paste 1/2tsp (powder)
- Potatoes 1kg
- Red Chilli Powder 1tbsp
- Green Chillies 4
- Gram Flour (Besan) 250gms
- White Cumin 1tsp(seeds)
- Coriander Leaves Chopped 1 beunch
- Cooking Oil for fring
- Mustard Powder 1/2tsp
Boil the potatoes in apen-mouthed pot and then mash them.
Finely chop green chillies and coriander leaves.
Put potatoes ,green chillies, coriander leaves,white cumin seeds,red chillies and salt in a bowl.
Mix thes ingredients with your hands.
Make small rounds from this mixture.
Take gram flour in a separete bowl and add salt ,red chillies and water in it to make a thick paste.
Heat oil in a wok. dip potato rounds in the gram flour mixture and fry.
Take them out when they turn golden.serve whith chutney.
