Potato Balls is a contribution of Ameera Arshad for Food Recipe Contest on Den of Delights.
- Salt for taste
- Potatoes 1 kg
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
- Green Chillies 4 pcs
- Gram Flour (Besan) 250 grms
- Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves Chopped 1 bunch
- Cooking Oil for frying
- Mustard Powder 1/2 tbsp
Boil the potatoes in apen-mouthed pot, then mash them.
Finely chop green chillies and coriander leaves,
Put potatoes ,green chillies, coriander leaves,
White cumin seeds,red chillies and salt in a bowl,
Mix thes ingredients with your hands.
Make small rounds from this mixture.
Take gram flour in a separete bowl,
Add salt ,red chillies,
Water in it to make a thick paste.
Heat oil in a wok,
Dip potato rounds in the gram flour mixture and fry.
Take them out when they turn golden.
Serve whith chutney.
