Nuts and milk powder works great with cottage cheese. This recipe is very simple and takes only 30 minutes.
- Dry Milk 300 grams
- Pistachios 1/2 cup
- Icing Sugar 300 grams
- Cottage Cheese 500 grams
From the 1/2 cup of pistachio, spare 1/2 tbsp and make the paste of the rest.
Mix pistachio paste, dried milk, cottage cheese and icing sugar in a heatproof bowl.
Now bake this mixture at 100 degree for 10 minutes.
Now with the remaining pistachios garnish the bowl and let it cool down.
After cooling, cut the kalaqand in pieces and serve.
