Pineapple gives this recipe a great tropical touch. Pineapple is makes this recipe very delicious and sweet.
Ingredients
- Salt 1/4th to 1/2 tsp
- Corn Flour 2 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Cream as needed
- Eggs 1
- Plain Flour 1 cup
- Milk add according to need
- Baking Powder 1 and 1/2 tsp
- Cooking Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Pineapple chunks 1 tin
- Pineapple Syrup as needed
Method
Step 1
To make batter: Put 1 cup flour and 1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder in a bowl.
Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp salt & 2 tbsp sugar in the above mixture & mix well.
Step 3
Pour some milk in it, according to the need and keep mixing.
Step 4
Mix the batter a little slowly.
Step 5
Pour 3-4 tbsp of cooking oil in the mixture and mix all the ingredients well.
Step 6
Put an egg in the mixture and mix all the contents.
Step 7
You need to keep mixing the batter slowly and consistently.
Step 8
Put a pan on stove, heat it up on low-medium temperature.
Step 9
Grease the pan slightly.
Step 10
Pour one spoon full of the batter in the center of the pan.

Let it cook on low-medium heat

The spoon should be a round bottomed pouring utensil.

You can also use a small bowl or cup.

See when do the bubbles stop forming on the surface of the pancake.

Then you need to flip it to the other side.

Let it cook for a few minutes and then take it off.

To make creamed pineapple: Put pineapple chunks and cream in a bowl and mix them well.

To make pineapple sauce: Take the canned pineapple syrup in a bowl.

Add 2 tsp corn flour (or as needed) in it and mix it well.

To Serve: Place the pancakes on a serving tray/plate.

Pour the pineapple sauce on the pancakes.

Put the creamed pineapple chunks on top of the pancakes.

The pancakes are ready to be served.

Optional: You can serve them with honey or stewed fruits also.
