Ingredients
- Chicken Minced 1/2kg
- Ginger (paste) 1 tbsp
- Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Onion 2 ,chopped
- Tomatoes 2, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Kuti Red Chillies 1 tsp
- Black Pepper,crushed 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds,roasted,crushed, 1 tbsp
- Coriander Seeds,roasted,crushed 1 tbsp
- Anar Dhana (dry pomegarnate seeds ) 1-1/2 tbsp
- Gram Flour 3 tbsp
- Eggs 1-2
- Green Chillies 3-4,chopped
- Green Coriander 2tbsp,chopped
- Oil for shallow frying
Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a bowl in chicken mince except tomatoes and oil
Step 2
Marinate for 1/2 hour
Step 3
Now add tomatoes and mix well
Step 4
Make big kebabs
Step 5
Shallow fry in oil till golden.
