This recipe is full of rich ingredients. This is a complete meal to fill your hunger.
- Salt 1/4 tsp, a pinch for filling
- White Pepper 1/2-1/4 tsp, a pinch for filling
- Corn Flour 1/2 tbsp
- Tomato 1
- Black Pepper 1/2-1/4 tsp, a pinch for filling
- Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) 1
- Spring Onion 1
- Eggs 1, 1 for filling
- Cabbage half
- Plain Flour white 2tbsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Water 2tbsp
- Worcestershire Sauce few drops
- Chinese salt 1/4 tsp, a pinch for filling
Mix white flour 2tbsp & corn flour 1/2 tbsp.
Add 1/2-1/4 tsp white pepper, 1/2-1/4 tsp black pepper & 1/4tsp salt.
Add 1/4 tsp Chinese salt & mix half egg.
Add milk 1/2 cup and mix well.
Add water 2 tbsp to soften the texture.
Pre-heat the pan and put 1 tbsp of olive oil in it.
Pour a spoon full of the batter in pan and make it spread out.
Cook carefully on medium heat.
Take another pan to sauté the vegetables in it.
Put 1tbsp olive oil in the pan.
Put all the vegetables (cabbage, tomato, capsicum & spring onions).
Put a pinch of salt & pinch of white pepper & a pinch of black pepper.
Add a pinch of Chinese salt & few drops of Worcestershire sauce.
Add a full egg and cook it for a while.
Put the filling of egg and vegetable on the pancake.
Put it on stove for a while again.
Use a cucumber for garnishing.
Tip: If you want a different taste, you can replace vegetables with chicken or seafood.
