Orange gives this recipe very different taste which you will like.
- Salt to taste
- Rice 250 gm
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Eggs 3
- Cooking Oil ¼ cup
- Parsley 2 spoons
- Green Shallots 2
- Orange 2
First of all, boil the rice.
Then chop a small quantity of parsley and 2 green shallots.
Now beat eggs.
Peel two oranges and squeeze their marrow.
Put 2 cloves of garlic in ¼ cup oil and let them brown.
Then add beaten eggs and fry it.
Now add green onion/shallots and parsley.
After cooking it for 1 to 2 minutes, add boiled rice,add slat to taste.
Four orange marrow and mix it well.
Keep the flame high so that egg, rice, vegetables and all the ingredients are unified and rice is dried well. Then simmer for 8 to 10 minutes delicious Orange Rice is ready.
Place Orange Rice on a plate and serve with shaami kababas and yogurt sauce (Raita).
Chef's tip: soak rice before boiling it. It allows the old rice to cook well.
