  • Green Chillies 4 medium pieces
  • Beef 1 kg
  • Eggs 9 pieces
  • Red Chili 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp
  • Bread 2 medium slice
  • Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
  • Curd 1

Method

Step 1

Qeemay main koftey k tamam masaley mila k 2 times pees lain,

Then ek egg add ker k ache se mix ker ly,

Phir fridge main half hour k ly rakh dain,

8 eggs ko boil ker lain,

Step 5

Hathon ko halka s oily ker k qeemay ko eggs per laga dain,

Gravey bnane tak fridge main rakh dain,

Oil main onion dal ker light sa color dain,

Phir is main garlic,ginger paste b dal dain,

Step 9

Golden color ho jae to curd or tamam misale dal ker khoob bhooney,

Phir half cup pani add kerain,

Boil a jae to is main koftey dal dain,

Cover kiey bina pani dry hone tak pakayen,
