Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Black Pepper as required
- Coriander (Hara dhania) 1 tbsp, crushed
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Green Chillies 4
- Ginger a medium size piece
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp, crushed
- Fresh Coriander 1/2 bunches
- Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste to it.
Step 2
Add onion after cooking for 2-3 minutes then add mutton until its tender.
Step 3
Add green masala yogurt, and water in it.
Step 4
Place the lid on the pan and cook on low flame, until the oil separates from the gravy.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, green chillies and sliced ginger.
Step 6
Chef’s Tip : use undercut mutton to prepare Mutton Karahi.
