Mutton white karahi is a very unique recipe. It has such a special ingredients. Enjoy it with naan.

Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Black Pepper as required
  • Coriander (Hara dhania) 1 tbsp, crushed
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Green Chillies 4
  • Ginger a medium size piece
  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp, crushed
  • Fresh Coriander 1/2 bunches
  • Cooking Oil 1/2 cup

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste to it.

Step 2

Add onion after cooking for 2-3 minutes then add mutton until its tender.

Step 3

Add green masala yogurt, and water in it.

Step 4

Place the lid on the pan and cook on low flame, until the oil separates from the gravy.

Step 5

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, green chillies and sliced ginger.

Step 6

Chef’s Tip : use undercut mutton to prepare Mutton Karahi.
