Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Ginger Garlic Paste 3 tbsp
- Onion 2 large (chopped)
- Coriander (Hara dhania) 20 gm (fresh)
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Beef fillet 1 kg
- Sesame Seeds 1/2 cup (paste)
- Almond 1/2 cup (paste)
- Red Chili ground 15 gm
- Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
- Ghee 4 tbsp
- Hot Spices 1 tbsp
- Green Masala 1/2 cup (blend coriander leaves, mint & green
Method
Step 1
In a bowl put green masala, almonds, sesame, salt; mix well with spoon.
Step 2
Then, put the fillets in mixture, marinate it for 1 hour.
Step 3
Heat oil and ghee in a pan, add onion and ground red chillies; fry it.
Step 4
Now add marinate beef fillet in it, mix well and cover with lid for 8-10 minutes.
Step 5
Add yougurt, ginger/garlic paste, hot spices and pinch of salt mix well.
Step 6
Cover and cook on low heat till they are tender.
Step 7
When it is done, garnish with the coriander leaves.
Step 8
Serve hot with naan/chapati or with rice.
Step 9
Note:Add little water, if water dries up quickly.
