Ingredients
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Milk 2 cups
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Coco Powder 6 tbsp
- Biscuits Marie biscuits 2 packs
Method
Step 1
Crush biscuits in bowl and reserve them,
Step 2
Melt butter in a saucepan and add milk in it,
Step 3
Then add sugar n cocoa powder keep stirring,
Step 4
Until a pudding texture is formed,
Step 5
Remove the pan from heat n cool the mixture,
Step 6
U can add an egg yolk while cooling it,
Step 7
To give a shiny effect to the mixture,
Step 8
Then add the crushed biscuits in the mixture,
Step 9
Fold the mixture well,
Step 10
Take a shopping bag or any other plastic bag,
Step 11
Put the mixture in the plastic bag,
Step 12
Fold the bag to give a roll (cylindrical shape),
Step 13
Put this bag in freezer for 2 or more hours so that it tightens,
Step 14
After that remove the cake from bag and cut the cake,
Step 15
Delicious mosaic cake is ready.
