Mooli ki Bhujiya is a unique recipe. you will love the taste of mooli in it.
- Salt as required
- Crushed Red Chilli 2 tsp
- Green Chillies 2 tbsp
- Garlic Clove 3-4 tbsp
- Cooking Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Radish with leaves 1 kg
Chop radikon with leaves and boil.
Strain water, put the radikon with leaves in a blender and blend.
Heat oil in a pan put garlic cloves fry till golden now add green chillies and put boiled mashed radikon.
Add crushed red chilli and salt fry well and serve.
