Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • Green Chillies crushed, to taste and one chopped
  • Cumin Seeds just a pinch
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves to taste
  • Radish 2-3

Method

Step 1

Grate moolis in a grater

Step 2

Add the spices & hara masala. Mix well & set aside.

Step 3

Make a dough for normal roti. Then roll into small balls using extra aata on the surface to help not to stick.

Step 4

Now roll out 2 balls into 2 ½’in diameter & put it on the dry aata. So that it won’t stick.

Step 5

Take a little filling about 2tbsp in your hand & squeeze all the water from the mixture by pressing it with your hands.

Step 6

Put the squeezed filling on top of the rolled ball & cover it with the another rolled out ball, press the corners well with hands so that they stick to each other, Now take the rolling pin & roll out the prepared roti furthermore, handle with care as at this stage it is very fragile.

Step 7

Keep on adding dry aata while rolling preventing it from sticking, Fry the prepared roti or paratha on a preheated tava with oil…

Enjoy with hari chutney & yogurt
