Meat Cutlets can be eat as snacks. You can eat cutlets with different chutnies of ketchup.

Ingredients

  • Salt as required
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1-2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • Green Chillies 3-4
  • Beef Ground 1 kg
  • Eggs 1, 1 Egg (mixed lightly with 2 tbsp water)
  • Bread Crumbs 2-3 cups
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh Coriander (bunch chopped) 1
  • Bread 3-4 slices
  • Cooking Oil for frying

Method

Step 1

Mix everything together in a processor until well blended.

Step 2

Shape into balls and flatten into cutlets with hands.

Step 3

Now dip each cutlet into egg then bread crumbs.

Step 4

Repeat.

Step 5

Fry them in oil until golden brown on both sides and serve immediately with ketchup.
