Meat Cutlets can be eat as snacks. You can eat cutlets with different chutnies of ketchup.
- Salt as required
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1-2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Green Chillies 3-4
- Beef Ground 1 kg
- Eggs 1, 1 Egg (mixed lightly with 2 tbsp water)
- Bread Crumbs 2-3 cups
- Garam Masala Powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Fresh Coriander (bunch chopped) 1
- Bread 3-4 slices
- Cooking Oil for frying
Mix everything together in a processor until well blended.
Shape into balls and flatten into cutlets with hands.
Now dip each cutlet into egg then bread crumbs.
Fry them in oil until golden brown on both sides and serve immediately with ketchup.
