Podina Paratha in Manpasand Rivayat


  • Salt ¼ teaspoon
  • Fine Flour ½ cup
  • Manpasand Banaspati as required
  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Podina (Mint) Chopped 2 tablespoon


Step 1

For Podina Paratha, add mint leaves, green coriander, cashew nuts, chopped onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, poppy seeds and sesame seeds in the grinder and make a paste.

Step 2

Take a bowl add paste and mince then mix well.

Step 3

Now add egg yolk, salt, Manpasand Banaspati, cream, garam masala, black pepper powder, red chilli, coriander powder, cumin powder and make seekh kababs.

Step 4

Fry the Seekh Kababs in Manpasand Banaspati and serve with sauce and Podina Paratha.
