Ingredients
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Coriander Powder ½ teaspoon
- Cumin Powder 1 teaspoon
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon
- Cream 2 tablespoon
- Onion 2-3 tablespoons
- Green Chillies 6
- Crushed Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Green Coriander (Hara Dhania) 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Seeds 1 tablespoon
- Manpasand Banaspati 2 tablespoon
- Mince ½ kg
- Poppy Seeds 1 tablespoon
- Chili Powder ½ teaspoon
- Mint Leaves 8-12
- Cashew Nuts 6
- Egg Yolk 1
- Garam Masala Powder ½ teaspoon
Method
Step 1
Take a bowl add wheat flour, plain flour, salt, water and knead.
Step 2
Now add 1 tablespoon Manpasand Banaspat, chopped mint and make dough balls.
Step 3
Now spread out the dough balls, apply Manpasand Banaspati on it and sprinkle dry flour.
Step 4
Slice out ¼ piece of dough and make a cone.
Step 5
Turn the cone into a dough ball and spread out again.
Step 6
Now fry it in Manpasand Banaspati till it gets golden and crispy.
