Calcutta Paratha in Manpasand Rivayat.
- Salt ¼ tablespoon
- Corn Flour 2 tablespoon
- Caster Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Eggs 1
- Manpasand Banaspati 2 tablespoon
- Baking Powder ¼ teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 2 cup
Add fine flour, Manpasand Banaspati, salt, caster sugar, baking powder, egg and water in bowl and make dough.
Rest it for 30 minutes.
Divide dough into 6 equal pieces and make dough balls.
Spread out the dough ball to ¼ of a plate.
Apply Manpasand Banaspati, corn flour and divide it into two and make a cone.
Roll the cone and spread out.
Heat banaspati and fry the paratha until it gets golden.
