Saadi Biryani in Manpasand Rivayat
- Salt 1 ½ teaspoon
- Chicken 1 kg
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 ½ teaspoon
- Sugar ¼ teaspoon
- Cream 4 tablespoon
- Rice 750 gm
- Onion 2 pieces
- Zarda Colour 1 pinch
- Yogurt 1 ½ cup (with ¼ )
- Ginger 1 tablespoon
- Black Cumin 1 teaspoon
- Manpasand Banaspati 1 cup
- Saffron ½ teaspoon
- Garam Masala Powder 2 tablespoon
- Red Onion ½ cup
- kewra 1 teaspoon
Mix saffron, cream, kewra water, sugar and colour in a bowl.
Take another bowl and half-boil rice with salt and kewra.
Then add chicken as well as cream mixture.
Now add garlic, chopped ginger, garam masala, salt, water and cook until the chicken is ready.
Take a pan and apply banaspati at the base and make layers of chicken and half-boiled rice.
Now sprinkle fried onion on it.
Add saffron and cream mixture and put on dam for 15 minutes on a low flame.
