Prawn Handi in Manpasand Rivayat.

Ingredients

  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
  • Lemon peel 2 tbsp
  • Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
  • Manpasand Banaspati ½ cup
  • All Spice 1 tbsp
  • Chili Powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Coriander Leaves Chopped 2 tbsp
  • Ginger Slice 2 tbsp
  • White Cumin Crushed 1 tsp
  • Clean Prawns ½ Kg
  • Brown Onion 2 tsp
  • Crushed Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes Chopped 3
  • Green Chilies Chopped 4

Method

Step 1

Heat Manpasand Banaspati fry crushed garlic in it till they become light golden

Step 2

Add chopped tomatoes with salt, turmeric ginger and green chilies.

Step 3

Cook it for 10 minutes and then add prawns with tomato paste, chili powder, cumin crushed, coriander powder, all spice cook it till the banaspati comes on the top.

Step 4

Lastly put cream, lemon juice, brown onion and garnish with chopped coriander.
