Ingredients
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
- Lemon peel 2 tbsp
- Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
- Manpasand Banaspati ½ cup
- All Spice 1 tbsp
- Chili Powder 1 ½ tsp
- Coriander Leaves Chopped 2 tbsp
- Ginger Slice 2 tbsp
- White Cumin Crushed 1 tsp
- Clean Prawns ½ Kg
- Brown Onion 2 tsp
- Crushed Garlic 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes Chopped 3
- Green Chilies Chopped 4
Method
Step 1
Heat Manpasand Banaspati fry crushed garlic in it till they become light golden
Step 2
Add chopped tomatoes with salt, turmeric ginger and green chilies.
Step 3
Cook it for 10 minutes and then add prawns with tomato paste, chili powder, cumin crushed, coriander powder, all spice cook it till the banaspati comes on the top.
Step 4
Lastly put cream, lemon juice, brown onion and garnish with chopped coriander.
