Panjeeri in Manpasand Rivayat.


  • Manpasand Banaspati ½ cup
  • Gond ½ cup deep fried
  • Semolina 1 ¼ cup
  • Almond Sliced Milk 2 tbsp
  • Pistachio Sliced 3 tbsp
  • Fine Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Makhane ½ cup deep fried


Step 1

Melt Manpasand banaspati in a wok fry gond and remove and crush the coarsely.

Step 2

Then fry the makhane and remove.

Step 3

Add the semolina to the Manpasand banaspati in the wok and fry on the medium flame till nicely light golden color come.

Step 4

Add ½ cup fine sugar almonds and pistachio slices crushed fried gond, makhance and mix all well and alastly add ½ tsp cardamom powder.
