Ingredients
- Manpasand Banaspati ½ cup
- Gond ½ cup deep fried
- Semolina 1 ¼ cup
- Almond Sliced Milk 2 tbsp
- Pistachio Sliced 3 tbsp
- Fine Sugar 1/2 cup
- Makhane ½ cup deep fried
Method
Step 1
Melt Manpasand banaspati in a wok fry gond and remove and crush the coarsely.
Step 2
Then fry the makhane and remove.
Step 3
Add the semolina to the Manpasand banaspati in the wok and fry on the medium flame till nicely light golden color come.
Step 4
Add ½ cup fine sugar almonds and pistachio slices crushed fried gond, makhance and mix all well and alastly add ½ tsp cardamom powder.
