Ingredients
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tablespoon
- Rice 500 gm
- Onion ½ cup
- Clove (Long) 5
- Black Pepper 5
- Crushed Red Chilli 1 tablespoon
- Zarda Colour 1
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Mutton 750 gm
- Manpasand Banaspati 1 cup
- Red Chili 1-1/2 cup
- Cinnamon 2
- Green Cardamom 5
- kewra 1 tablespoon
Method
Step 1
Take a pan and add mutton, four cups of water, ginger garlic paste, red chili, salt and cook until the water is dried.
Step 2
Now add boiled rice and mix.
Step 3
Add yogurt mixture and put fried onion on it and cook (dam) for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Serve hot as soon as it gets ready.
