Biryani in Manpasand Rivayat

Ingredients

  • Salt 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tablespoon
  • Rice 500 gm
  • Onion ½ cup
  • Clove (Long) 5
  • Black Pepper 5
  • Crushed Red Chilli 1 tablespoon
  • Zarda Colour 1
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Mutton 750 gm
  • Manpasand Banaspati 1 cup
  • Red Chili 1-1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon 2
  • Green Cardamom 5
  • kewra 1 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Take a pan and add mutton, four cups of water, ginger garlic paste, red chili, salt and cook until the water is dried.

Step 2

Now add boiled rice and mix.

Step 3

Add yogurt mixture and put fried onion on it and cook (dam) for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Serve hot as soon as it gets ready.
