Amras – A delicious milky drink, lightly flavored with saffron. Mango is great for health and milk to make bones strong. So amras or Mango juice what ever u call it can be served as a great breakfast drink or a afternoon boast.
- Sugar 250 gm
- Milk 500 gm
- Saffron 1/4 tsp crushed
- Raw Mango 1kg ripe
Grind the sugar.
Squeeze out all the juice from the mangoes.
Chill the milk well.
Strain out the mango juice through a thin muslin cloth.
Add finely add ground sugar in it.
Mix it with the cold milk.
Add saffron. Refrigerate and serve cold.
