Ingredients
- Sugar 1 cup
- Cream 2 packs
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Flour 2 cups
- Mango Puree 1/2 cup
- Mango Essence 1 tbsp
- Mango Chunks 1/2 cup
Method
Step 1
Beat eggs,
Step 2
sugar with electric beater for 3o minuets,
Step 3
Than add mango essence in it and beat for 2 min,
Step 4
Now add flour in it and fold it,
Step 5
Dont beat this mixture after adding flour in it,
Step 6
Put this mixture in greased cake pan,
Step 7
Bake it for 20 min in preheated oven,
Step 8
Beat the cream stiff. ( FOR DECORATION)
Step 9
Soak the sponge cake with 6 tbsps pineapple juise,
Step 10
Spread the cream on the cake evenly on all sides,
Step 11
Then top with mango puree and chunks,
Step 12
Shread some chocolate on sides,
Step 13
Cool for 1 hrs in the fridge before serving.
