Macaroni cutlets is a great combination of Macaroni, chicken and potatoes. You can enjoy cutlets with chili sauce or ketchup.
- Salt as required and chinese salt 1/2tsp
- Chicken 250 gm (boiled)
- Garlic Paste 1tbsp
- Potatoes 1/2 kg (boiled)
- Green Onion 1/2 bunch (Chopped)
- Black Pepper powder 1tbsp
- Eggs 3-4
- Bread Crumbs 2 cups
- White Cumin powder 1tbsp
- Cooking Oil for frying
- Macaroni 1/2 packet (boiled)
Mash the boiled potatoes.
Now take a mixing bowl; mix potatoes, macaroni and chicken together.
Then add the black pepper powder, white cumin powder, chopped green onions, chinese salt and salt.
Shape into cutlets oval shape or lengthwise.
Dip into beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
Deep fry and serve with ketchup.
