Kairi ka Murabba is a very special sweet and sour recipe. You will love its special taste.


  • Sugar 3 cups
  • Lemon 3
  • Yellow Colour pinch
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp(roasted,grinded)
  • Raw Mango Raw mango 1/2 kg cut into cubes


Step 1

Bring to boil some water;when hot then place sieve, steamed raw mangoes.

Step 2

Now make a sugar syrup; mix the sugar and the water; keep it on fire and stir continuously.

Step 3

When it boils, add the mango pieces into it; dip one by one pieces in syrup and keep them another bowl.

Step 4

Pour remaining sugar syrup over it.

Step 5

Then add cinnamon and lemon juice.

Step 6

Tasty kairi ka murabba is ready to be served.
