Gur Ka Khoya – Khoya is milk solids, obtained from cooking milk till all the water dries. Enjoy this jaggery sweetened sweet of khoya.
- Milk 2 liter
- Almond as required
- Pistachios as required
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Gur 200 gram
Heat milk on low flame.
Cut the jaggery and cook on low flame in water. So that no lump remains there.
Now mix the jaggery syrup in milk and cook till the water dries.
Cook on high flame and add butter, cook for a while.
When ready, take out in a platter and garnish with nuts and silver foil.
