Imli Ki Chatni is very special recipe. it is very quick recipe. You can enjoy it with snacks, chips and and with different kind of fast food. It has great sweet and sour taste.
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper Ground 1 tbsp
- Garlic Dried 2 tbsp
- Tamarind (Imli) Pulp 125 grams
- Chili Powder ½ tbsp
- Water Warm 1 cup
- Black Salt 1 pinch
Make a thick juice from tamarind and add 1 cup of warm water in it add ground white pepper, black salt, dried garlic, and red chill in it.
Add some salt and cook this mixture for 4to 5minutes
Tamarind dip is ready to serve enjoy it with burgers and can be served with many more dishes.
