Iceberg gives this salad a great crisp and you will feel the juicy taste of this salad.
- Tomato 2
- Lemon 1
- Coriander (Hara dhania) 1 bunch
- Cucumber 1
- Olive Oil 3 spoons
- Olives green 6-7 and black 6-7
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Iceberg 1 bunch
Chope the icebergs.
Cut tomatoes ans cucumber into long slices.
Put them in a bowl.
Now chop green olives,black olives and parselay
Add them to the bowl.
Now squeez lemon on it.
Add salt, black pepper and olive oil to it and mix well.
Serve it, garnish with lettuce leaves.
