Ingredients

  • Chickpea flour 1 cup
  • Pinch of soda
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Red chili powder ½ tsp
  • Yogurt ½ kg
  • Garlic Paste ½ tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbs
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Oil ½ cup (For seasoning condiment:)
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Cumin seeds ½ tsp
  • Red chilies 4-5
  • Carom seeds ¼ tsp
  • Curry leaves 5-6

Method

Step 1

Pour salt, soda, crushed red chili into chickpea flour and mix it with water.

Step 2

Now fry Pakoras in the heated oil.

Step 3

Pour yogurt, garlic paste and crushed red chilies in a dish, add 2 glass of water and put Phulkiyan into it now.

Step 4

Season condiments by cumin seeds, red chilies, carom seeds, garlic and curry leaves in oil.

Step 5

Hyderabadi Dahi Phulki is ready to serve.
