Healthy Chicken Bread Samosa is a contribution of Abdullah for Food Recipe Contest on Den of Delights.
- Salt for taste
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Coriander Powder 1/2 bunch
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbsp
- Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Green Chilies Chopped 2 tbsp
- Bread 15-20 silces medium size
- Cooking Oil 1/2 kg
Heat oil in a pan and fry the minced chicken.
Then add the red chilli powder, all spice powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chopped green chilies salt and ginger garlic paste.
Mix well and fry for 3-4 minutes, turn the flame off and let it cool.
Roll the bread slices with a rolling pin.
Then fill in the chicken mixture and seal the bread with the egg.
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the bread samosas.
