Halwa Kheer is a contribution of Noor Asma for Food Recipe Contest on Den of Delights.
- Sugar as require
- Cream 5 spoon (for garnish)
- Dry Milk 4 spoon (rich creamy)
- Milk 1 Ltr
- Suji 1 tea small cup
- Pistachios 2 spoon (for garnish)
- Khoya 1 cup
- Coconut Milk 1 tin
- Green Cardamom 1 spoon
- Water 2 cups
- Butter 1 cup (clarified)
- Vermicelli Sawiya 1/2 cup (colored)
In a pan put clarified butter when warm then add semolina fry well after 4 minutes add colored vermicelli sawiya fry them.
When gud saundhi khoshbo cums then add cardamom powder sugar almonds water and cover for a while 5 or 7 minutes after check.
Water is going to be dry then add milk khoya dry milk mix them well again now cover on low flame more then 5 or 7 minutes now.
Take out garnish wid pistachio & cream u can serve hot or cold both ways gud it cums out little thick creamy smooth when u.
Take a spoon u can feel its melted like creamy in ur mouth.
