Ingredients

  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Baking Soda ¼ tsp
  • Milk 1 to 2 tbsp
  • Khoya 1 cup
  • Water 1 ½ cup
  • Cardamom Powder 4 to 6
  • Cooking Oil for fry
  • Flour (white) flour ½ cup

Method

Step 1

In a pan add water, sugar and cardamom and cook on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes. ( For sugar syrup)

Step 2

In a bowl mix white flour, khoya, baking soda, cardamom, and milk to knead and make small balls.

Step 3

Now in a pan heat oil and fry balls till it turns light brown. When its ready put it in sugar syrup for 10 to 15 minutes.
