Green Chilli Curry (Mirchon Ka Salan) is very spicy recipe. Green chillies give this recipe a great taste. pickle spices are used in it.


  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander Powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Tomato 3
  • Lemon 1/2
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green Chillies 10
  • Dried Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
  • Cooking Oil as required


Step 1

In a pan heat oil saute fenugreek.

Step 2

Cut green chillies length wise put in pan and cook.

Step 3

After a while add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, corinader powder, turmeric, salt and lemon mix well.

Step 4

Put little water and fry till chillies get soften.
