Ingredients
- Carrot 1 KG
- Sugar 1 Cup
- Dry Milk 1 Cup
- Milk 2 Cup
- Almond 5 to 8 Crushed
- Pistachios Some Curshed
- Khoya 1 Cup
- Cardamom Green 8 to 10
- Butter 2 Table Spoons
- Ghee 1/2 Cup
Method
Step 1
Grate the carrots.
Step 2
Add sugar n cardamom to the grated carrots n cook until all the water completly dries.
Step 3
Then add milk n keep stirring of n on till all the milk gets dried as well
Step 4
Now add ghee n cook for almost 20mins
Step 5
Add Khoya to the mixture in a way that it occupies the very center of the halwa,cover it by the surrounding halwa,so that a ball like shape is obtained with khoya in the center.
Step 6
Remove from flame and keep it like this for 20mins covered
Step 7
Then mix thoroughly and add almonds.
Step 8
Sprinkle pistashio over it and the halwa is ready.
