Ingredients

  • Salt 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 2 pcs
  • Water as per required
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Cooking Oil for frying
  • Ghee 4 greasing
  • Flour 1/2 kg ( white)

Method

Step 1

In a bowl put all ingredients knead with ghee,

Step 2

Making sure the ghee doesnt melt with your hands,

Step 3

Add water as required,

Step 4

Making sure the dough is not soft.

Step 5

Make small balls.

Step 6

Roll the balls out a little.

Step 7

Flatten each with a rolling pin into a round disc very thin,

Step 8

Apply with melted ghee over entire surface,

Step 9

Dust with flour, fold from 2 ends and gather to make pleats,

Step 10

Place the dough on the table and roll to make a ball,

Step 11

Flatten slightly, keep aside for 5 minutes,

Step 12

Now roll each ball into dinner plate size,

Step 13

Dusting with flour while rolling,

Step 14

Using circular cut out plastic sheets,

Step 15

Place the half rollen dough in the middle,

Step 16

Cover with another plastic sheet,

Step 17

Roll out with rolling pin, thinly,

Step 18

Freeze paranthas, with plastic film on,

Step 19

To Fry Frozen Parantha: place on a heated frying pan,

Step 20

Add only a little ghee and cook on both sides.

Step 21

Remove and serve immediately,

Step 22

If u save as frzen so keep it in crease plastic begs,

Step 23
