Fried Vegetables are very good for health. You can add more vegetables in it.
- Salt to taste
- Carrot (round sliced) 1 cup
- Peas 2 cups
- Ground Black Pepper as required
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Broccoli 1
Stir fry the broccoli and vegetables in butter.
Add salt and black pepper after frying.
Fried vegetables are ready you can serve them as a part of dish or independently.
