This is very quick recipe. You can make it within few minutes. You can also use it as a first course at meal.

Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • Cauliflower 1/4
  • Onion Medium 1
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp crushed
  • Green Chillies 4-5
  • Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) 1
  • Eggs 1
  • Plain Flour 4-5 tbsp
  • Cooking Oil for deep fry

Method

Step 1

Cut onion in 2 parts then in half moon shape.

Step 2

Cut capsicum in thick julian.

Step 3

Cauliflower in slice.

Step 4

Green chilies in 2 parts in length.

Step 5

Take all these vegetables in a bowl, give flavour of salt, black pepper.

Step 6

Include beated egg, mix all well.

Step 7

Take plain flour in plate and coat some quantity of vegetables in it and deep fry them, flame should be medium.

Step 8

Now coat and fry this in 2-3 parts till golden.
