Ingredients
- Salt According to Taste
- Green Chili Paste 3
- Onion 1 chopped small
- Coriander (Hara dhania) 2 spoons (Powder)
- Red Chilli Powder 3
- Lemon peel 4 Table Spoons
- Mint 1 Bunch (Paste)
- Garlic 2 Spoons
- Beef 1/2 Kg (Keema)
- Papaya Paste 2 Spoons
- Samosa Patti As required
Method
Step 1
Marinate keema wid papaya paste or meat tenderizer & leave 15 minutes.
Step 2
Now take a wok add keema & garlic paste on low flame when water dry then add spices,
Step 3
Pastes & add some water for simmering 5 to 7 minutes,
Step 4
Now put 2 spoon oil & fry well ur mixture is ready take samosa sheets fill wid mixture & deep fry serve hot hot.
