French Fries – A great recipe of tender crispy french fries. You can freeze these french fries in air tight packets to use whenever you want to.

Ingredients

  • Salt as required
  • Corn Flour as required to coat
  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Water full pan
  • Cooking Oil for frying
  • Chaat Masala optional

Method

Step 1

Peel potatoes and cut into desired shape.

Step 2

Now add the potatoes in boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes. Blanch them.

Step 3

After 5 minutes, take them out and rinse under tap water.

Step 4

Dry them on kitchen towel or tissue properly and place in a flat plate.

Step 5

Then sprinkle rice flour or corn flour and coat properly.

Step 6

You can make packets and freeze them or cook them right away.

Step 7

Now deep fry the chips till fully done.

Step 8

Takeout on absorbent paper.

Step 9

Sprinkle salt and chaat spice over them.

Step 10

Serve with ketchup.
